ABOUT THE COMPETITION

This math challenge invites junior and senior high school students from NCR’s public and private schools to embark on a journey of discovery, where mathematics meets the real world. With a focus on math literacy, real-world applications, and innovative problem-solving through challenges inspired by PISA-style questions.

This competition is about showing students how mathematics powers the world around us. From engineering marvels to accounting systems and business strategies, math plays a central role in daily life. To reflect this, scientific calculators will be integrated into the competition, giving students a hands-on experience of how technology is used by professionals to analyze data, solve equations, and make informed decisions.
